As one of the larger players in the industry, FRIDAY shares a responsibility to help new talent flourish\u2014perhaps even grow beyond us. We have opted out of standardized training programs for the masses. Instead, we aim to find a small number of carefully selected interns for whom we can tailor a programme\u2014and in return, we are happy to keep them for as long as we possibly can. In fact, some are still with us several years after completing their education. <\/p>\n

Over the years, we have had interns from Rhetoric at the University of Copenhagen, HA (kom) and cand.merc.(kom) at CBS, Communication and Journalism at RUC and DMJX, as well as media graphic designers from NEXT. To us, your personality matters more than your syllabus\u2014drive, determination and passion can take you to the moon.<\/p>\n

However, we do require that you are thorough and persistent. It is also a real advantage if you are quick to familiarize yourself with cases, help others, cultivate your life, and have an opinion. <\/p>\n
