With a strong overview, she continuously identifies needs across the organisation and turns them into solutions that strengthen everyday work. She provides proactive support to management, handles HR tasks, and optimises internal processes. Lone also organises social events and is the glue that binds FRIDAY together.
Lone is a qualified design manager and has worked as a magazine craftsperson and art director for 20 years.
