Crisis advisory

Be challenged on handling, strategy and collaboration as we simulate a crisis and throw you in at the deep end. Phones ringing off the hook, irritating journalists and media overflowing with stories in an attempt to create a shitstorm that brings you down.

With our digital crisis game, your company or organisation can test itself against industry-relevant crises and leadership dilemmas without having to put your reputation on the line. Through the game, you will be equipped to handle an in-house crisis and gain insight into how quickly a crisis can escalate. In addition to strengthening your professional capabilities, The Crisis Game gives all participants a shared interactive experience that enhances leadership collaboration. Through the game, you gain insights into your own leadership style that you can take back and apply actively.

We have developed a range of scenarios across different industries and can also tailor specific games around concrete, current topics that are particularly relevant to your business. We are continuously developing our platform and can run simulated crisis exercises worldwide. Most recently, for example, we ran a specially designed game for eight leadership groups in a large international company in Dubai—everything managed by our team in Copenhagen.
