Each year, more than 200 bills are introduced in Denmark alone, and since the 1990s the volume of legislation has tripled. In both Denmark and the EU, legislation is being passed as never before. It can be difficult for both companies and organisations to cut through the noise and navigate shifting legislation—and not least to ensure that decisions are based on the correct foundation.

The ability to understand and influence agendas politically and in the media has therefore never been more important. Because if you are not helping to shape your agenda, someone else will.

Policy analysis

We immerse ourselves in complex material to identify the core of the case, the challenges, and the facts and arguments we need to rely on. We analyse issues and build an understanding of the case we must address and respond to. And we prepare the policy materials to be used in the effort.

Public Affairs strategy

We develop the strategy for the political effort together with you, creating a shared approach to what needs to be done and when. In the strategy, we crystallise the facts, messages, and arguments we will rely on, and there will always be a concrete action plan with activities, so the strategy becomes a relevant tool.

Policy advice and advocacy

We are with you all the way, providing ongoing strategic and hands-on advice throughout the political process. The advice is based on and tailored to your needs. A political process is never static, and the advice must therefore be flexible as well. We train you for political meetings, accompany you, and help you set agendas and get the case covered in the press and more broadly in the public sphere.

Stakeholder analysis and engagement

We prepare both stakeholder and issues analyses. We do this because it is important in a political process to know how your organization/company is perceived, and what arguments or perceptions exist among stakeholders regarding the agenda you are addressing, and which must be countered. And not least because it is central to knowing who is a partner or opponent in the process.
