With more than 20 years of experience in advisory work, partnerships and developing cross-sector initiatives, Niels helps organisations set clear priorities and turn ambitions into action. His focus areas include health, prevention, wellbeing, social initiatives and public-private collaborations.
At the intersection of strategy, communication and societal challenges, Niels also advises organisations and decision-makers facing complex agendas where commercial interests, public accountability and human consequences converge.
In his private life, Niels draws energy from nature—ideally while hunting, filling the freezer with sustainably sourced game, or out on the water kitesurfing at Sydvestpynten or elsewhere, where the pace can slow, focus can sharpen and thoughts fall into place.
Niels holds an MSc in Economics and Business Administration (cand.merc.) from CBS and earned his bachelor’s degree in his hometown of Aarhus.
