Folkemødet

Folkemødet, the FRIDAY way

We have done it before – and we will do it again when we head to Folkemødet in 2026. As always, you will find us at Fabers, without a doubt Folkemødet’s most charming venue. But why do we keep coming back? Because we are passionate about creating a meeting place for discussion and perspective. For conversation and networking.
We are already looking forward to it and are now open to new partnerships. Will you join us?

2025 - It’s a wrap!

Folkemødet 2025 offered everything from Mette Frederiksen and Helle Thorning to The Bachelorette in a labour-market edition. We focused on themes such as research, energy, talent and food waste – all in collaboration with our partners. And, as usual, the evening parties did not hold back. Once again, we have returned from the Sunshine Island with big smiles, new knowledge and great experiences.

The possibilities are many

When we are at Folkemødet, we typically host our events as a combination of one or more themes – but we also set aside a day for one or more organisations that rent in for a half or full day – with or without project management from us. There are many options, and together we will find the solution that best suits you.

If you become part of a theme day, you will, together with a number of other selected companies, be part of a community where we plan the programme based on your wishes, with a theme that is relevant to both you and society. A theme day is a bit like a festival, and we always try to combine traditional debate formats with other activities such as games, play, live podcasts and concerts. Theme days often end with a party or bar, where you, as host, are a co-sender. We have previously hosted the Diversity Festival and the Social Media Stage with great success – and we are constantly developing new formats and theme days that are relevant to both society and organisations.

Drop by for a dance!

For many years, we were met with puzzled looks when we said we were a communications agency … “because aren’t you an event agency?” No, we are not – but we know how to get a party started, and we prove it every year when we turn up the music and host Folkemødet’s (perhaps?) coolest and most well-attended Friday party.

Would you like to join?

In 2026, once again, we will pack microphones, colourful lights and a strong team of engaged colleagues with solid Folkemødet experience and move into Folkemødet’s most charming venue.

Communication with FRIDAY was good and efficient, and the execution of our joint events went exactly as expected. Fabers is a truly lovely place to host events

Anne-Mette Gøtzsche Knudsen, Marketing Consultant, Poul Schmith / Kammeradvokaten

We had a good and constructive dialogue with FRIDAY throughout the process and feel that we had significant influence on the programme. We were very pleased to be part of the Diversity Festival, which had great branding value both externally and internally for us.

Christoffer L. More, Head of Communications and Marketing, Grant Thornton

The execution was highly professional, and there was a great atmosphere all day
