Cut through the noise with your messages

Concise, clear and targeted communication is essential if others are to listen to you and remember your messages.

FRIDAY’s message training equips you to:

  • Capture your target audience’s attention.
  • Develop strategic messages that stick in the memory.
  • Deliver the messages convincingly in a short time.

We train both small and large groups, and we promise to move all participants significantly in just half a day.

How message training works

We hate clichés. But when it comes to communication, it is hard to avoid this one: practice makes perfect.

FRIDAY’s message training sharpens your ability to develop and deliver strategic messages to audiences that matter in your professional work.

The programme is tailored to each organisation. It typically consists of:

  • Presentation on the professional communicator’s challenges
  • Developing targeted messages
  • Practice presenting a message in 60 seconds
  • Wrap-up and feedback

All participants receive honest, constructive feedback on structure, content and delivery.

Your takeaways

Target audience analysis
You need to know what matters to your target audience in order to communicate strategically to them.

Messages
How you deliver messages matters. You receive constructive feedback on pace, tone, voice, body language and facial expression. The goal is for your delivery to align with what you are saying.

Message development
We train your ability to develop strategic messages that resonate with the recipient. A clear purpose, the ability to make deliberate choices and the use of strong examples significantly elevate the communication.
An external perspective
Message training with FRIDAY is an opportunity to gain an external perspective on your strengths and weaknesses as an oral communicator. We provide only constructive feedback that you can learn from.
Structure
You need to be clear about the building blocks your communication consists of. We provide you with a clear structure to build your communication around. The same structure can be used for meetings, presentations and conversations once the training is over.
