Crises must be experienced, felt, and practised

We can simulate all types of crises and dilemmas – from workplace accidents and MeToo cases to money-laundering scandals or cyberattacks. We offer both generic scenarios and the option of a tailored scenario, so it fits your organisation and current challenges precisely, or scenarios that could arise in the future and that you want to be prepared for.

In addition to training participants’ professional skills, the simulator gives participants a shared interactive experience that strengthens leadership collaboration. They gain insights into their own leadership style and role within a leadership team, which they can take back and use actively.

Interactive and intensive training

You choose the Crisis Simulation that is most relatable to your company or organisation. The learning typically includes:

  • Crisis communication – from theory to action
  • Collaboration – who takes the lead when things heat up?
  • Internal communication – create clarity in turbulence
  • External communication – when the outside world expects answers
  • Overview – the art of keeping a cool head

Examples of Crisis Simulations you can be trained in

  • Human crisis at a residential care institution
  • Workplace accident on a construction site
  • Bankruptcy and accounting scandal
  • MeToo case
  • Production accident at a factory
  • Cyberattack and data leak
  • Get trained in your own reality

How the training works

As participants, you are equipped to handle a crisis within your own organisation and gain insight into how quickly a crisis can escalate. You experience ringing phones, persistent investigative journalists, and traditional and social media overflowing with stories and rumours in an attempt to create a shitstorm. You therefore come under the same pressure as in real crises.
Based on predefined roles, you must establish a crisis management team and steer a fictional organisation through a crisis while preserving its reputation. The crisis and storyline are selected and staged in advance, so in a short time you are forced to develop a strategy and work together to make difficult decisions as the crisis unfolds.
The session lasts three hours and can be held both in person and online.

Crises must be experienced, felt, and practised. Our crisis simulator gives you the opportunity to step into a realistic crisis or a leadership dilemma. In a closed training environment without consequences.
