Always with me

The vast majority of Danes are familiar with the shared public health portal, sundhed.dk, and the MinSundhed app—indeed, as many as 96% of Danes. But although many both use and appreciate sundhed.dk, there is still uncertainty about the many options sundhed.dk actually offers individuals.

That is why sundhed.dk wanted to create a campaign to highlight the opportunities sundhed.dk provides, and how digital access to one’s own health data creates clarity and reassurance in users’ everyday lives.

Together with FRIDAY, sundhed.dk chose, through the campaign, to increase awareness of users’ access to their own clinical notes, searching for providers, renewing prescriptions, and accessing information about illnesses—through stories from six users who share their experiences with sundhed.dk.

For example, Peter, who has been through a longer course of treatment within the healthcare system, is one of the six Danes who share their personal experiences with sundhed.dk in the campaign film.

“A diagnosis is actually something the whole family receives, in a strange way. What we used sundhed.dk for together was to get an overview of appointments, tests, and providers. It created a sense of calm,” Peter says in one of the campaign films.

When the participants are real users of the platform, we aim to give the campaign far greater authenticity and credibility.
The campaign runs across social media and is supplemented by GoCards, screens on buses, and screens in pharmacies and in hospitals.
